Sistemas a Medida
Taking on projects

You always know exactly where your project stands.

We build the software, site, or automation your business needs, made to measure — and you try it every two weeks while it's being built. You deal directly with the person building it.

What do you need?

Check what applies, and we'll follow up already knowing what you need.

Where your project stands

From first call to a working system
  1. 01Start here

    Consultation

A 30-minute call to take measurements: you walk us through the problem, and we figure out if we're the right fit.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Within 48 hours: what's included, the timeline, and a fixed price. No fine print.

  3. 03

    Build

Two-week stages. At the end of each one you try it, and it gets adjusted to what you need.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Made to your measure and fully yours, documented so anyone can maintain it.

04 Delivery05 Optional

The system is yours. We'll keep it running if you'd rather not.

Once it's delivered, someone has to keep it online, keep the backups current, and renew the domain before it lapses. If you'd rather that someone wasn't you, we stay on for a monthly fee.

One plan, shaped by what we built for you. Optional, no minimum term — start on day one, pick it up later, or never.

What we look after, depending on what we built

Pricing depends on what there is to look after. It's set in the proposal, alongside the project itself — so the monthly figure is settled before you commit to anything.

Who's behind it

We're a software studio based in Buenos Aires, working remotely across LatAm and the US. There's one person behind Sistemas a Medida — no account executive, no chain of handoffs before you reach whoever's actually building your project.

Fast decisions, and honesty about what we can actually do.

No friction between what you ask for and what you get. If you need a big team, that's not us. If you want one person to solve it and ship it, that is.

What people ask us most

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote you after the initial 30-minute call — no surprises. The price is fixed per project and agreed before we start: we never bill hourly, and we don't publish a number, because it changes with what actually has to be built.

How long does delivery take?

A simple site takes one to two weeks. A custom system moves in two-week stages, with something real you can see and use at the end of each one. We never leave a project open-ended: scope and dates are agreed in the proposal, before the first line of code.

Do you work project-based or ongoing?

Both. We take on one-off projects, and we can stay on after delivery with a monthly plan that keeps the system running: online, backed up, and with someone who answers when something breaks. It's optional, has no minimum term, and only covers what we built ourselves.

What tools do you work with?

We use the most stable, proven tools for the job, without locking you into one technology. What matters is that it works well and stays easy to maintain — with or without us. Once we deliver, any developer can pick up the code and keep going.

What do you NOT do?

We don't do brand design from scratch — logos, full visual identity — or Google-ranking shortcuts that get you penalized later, or maintenance on systems we didn't build. We also turn down projects with no defined scope: without knowing what has to ship, we can't commit to a fixed price or a date.

What happens after delivery? Do I own everything?

Yes. The code, the database, and the domains are entirely yours the day we deliver, with documentation so any developer can pick it up. If you take the monthly plan later, none of that changes: you own everything, plan or no plan.

Is it one person or a team?

One person builds it, with AI agents handling the repetitive parts of the work. That means delivery on team timelines without team cost, and you always talk to whoever writes the code: no layers in between, no account manager routing you around.

What is the initial call like, and what does it commit me to?

Thirty minutes on a call, and it commits you to nothing. You tell us which process is costing you time, we tell you whether it can be solved and how we would approach it. If we can help, you get a proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price within 48 hours.

Can I start small and grow later?

Yes, and it is usually the best way. We move in two-week stages, each one with something you can already use, so you validate before investing further. What we build first becomes the base: later work stacks on top, with nothing thrown away.

Tell us what you need and we'll get it moving.

A 30-minute call. No fluff, no sales pitch. If we can help, we move forward — if not, we'll point you to someone who can.
